Hello,

I am excited to introduce myself as a newly certified Loan Signing Agent.  I have completed the Loan Signing class, National Notary Association training, and passed the NNA background check to ensure a professional and reliable service.

Prior to embarking on this new venture, I dedicated 21 years to law enforcement, where I honed my attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to serving the community.  Furthermore, I have held a California Real Estate License for the past 8 years, which has equipped me with a thorough understanding of the real estate industry.

My unique background in law enforcement and real estate allows me to bring a high level of professionalism, integrity, and expertise to each signing assignment.  I am dedicated to providing accurate and efficient notarization services while ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for all parties involved.

I am thrilled to start this new chapter in my career as a Loan Signing Agent and look forward to the opportunity to work with you. Thank you for considering my profile for your signing assignments.

Warm regards,

Phyllis Benson
