Hi, I'm Nicole Nicholson with Century 21 Nicholson. I obtained my real estate license & Notary certificate after graduating High School in 1992 and have worked full time in this industry ever since. I have a professional appearance & demeanor and can accommodate short notice signings. I have all the tools needed to print, scan and return documents quickly. Being familiar with documents needed in a real estate transaction helps me make sure they are filled out completely and properly.  I take pride in the work I do and enjoy meeting new people.
