 Resolves issues to continually program objectives and funding requirements of $40M+ budget.
 Analyze financial data to advise senior leaders on cost, fiscal allocation, labor funds mgmt. and budget preparation.
 Certifies payments for invoices and realigns funding throughout the year to continually changing program.
 Drafts operating plans and provides oversight to appropriated and non-appropriated funds.
 Manages multi-year accounts (federal student aid approx. $1B), allotments, reimbursable activities and transfer of funds between organizations by recommending/assigning funds to continually changing programs.
 Performs work in all phases of budget administration to include formulation & execution, multi-year program estimates, financial analysis, cost accounting, financial management and accounting functions for assigned portfolio to clear balances, process de-obligations and defend budget estimates.
 Monitors daily status of funds, acquisition life cycle, spend plans, obligations, expenditures & reimbursable activity through analysis of programmed budget controls & current legislative and/or regulatory guidance.
 Collaborates with staff to identify & resolve problems and correct or change controls as needed to improve operations, financial effectiveness, audit readiness and accuracy.
