Searched public records through title plants, courthouse, and validating through the original books examining title to determine legal condition of both residential and commercial properties. Examined copies of records such as deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, assessments, plat and map books to determine ownership. Verified registered properties for title evidence both Abstract and Torrens Certificate of Title. Researched the filing and reviewing of delinquent property tax suits.
