I have 10 years of experience in Mortgage and Banking. I served as the Funder completing Mortgage Loans and worked for Truist collectively over 8 years. I was commissioned as a Notary in 2023 and continued in the Mortgage and Banking field until August of 2025. In June - August I have funded Seller side , Buyer side  and purchases for about 10 to 15 clients in house. I transitioned into  a Loan Signing Agent in August and started closings on this side. I have successfully completed four closing. Seller only- Refis and Loan Modifications.
