Ensure all internal reports are complete, accurate and timely each month according to established guidelines.Provide monthly summaries of converted dollars and Medicaid approvals to hospital CFO’s. Present teams weekly tableau dashboards to upper leadership. Responsible for contributing to the day-to-day operations on all issues related to the revenue cycle function which includes process improvements, account management and contract analysis. Assist with Supervisors in implementing a cross functional revenue cycle team.Maintain adequate staffing levels to complete daily and weekly benchmarks. Participate in department meetings and ensure the team are achieving department milestones aligned with organizational goals. Managing staff performance by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings. Coordinate the Revenue Cycle Management team to address any deficiencies in staff performance uncovered by internal audits. Efficiently managing patient complaints in respect of compliance and policy.
