You will oversee all operational, administrative, and client-facing aspects of the business, ensuring every notarial act is performed with the highest level of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors, attorneys, and title companies in the Charlotte area, acting as a reliable, go-to notary resource.
Notarial Services: Perform notarizations for various real estate documents, including deeds, contracts, loan closing packages, and other investor-related transactions.
Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure that all notarial acts comply with North Carolina state regulations, maintaining meticulous records and verifying signers’ identities thoroughly.
Business Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, billing, marketing, and vendor relations, to maintain a seamless client experience and foster business growth.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current on local real estate market trends and legislative changes impacting notarial practices, adapting services and processes as needed.
Qualifications:
Notary Commission: Active commission as a Notary Public in the State of North Carolina, in good standing.
Real Estate Expertise: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience supporting real estate transactions, ideally with a focus on investor deals, closings, and title work.
Operational Skills: Proven ability to manage scheduling, client communication, and administrative tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Networking Ability: Demonstrated success in building rapport and trust with real estate investors, attorneys, and financial institutions.
