I have been a notary for decades and recently was certified with online notary. I am doing this as my retirement. I have been a mortgage broker for the past 5 years, many years upper management experience and fraud investigator for the state. 

For months, I have been trying to get someone to show me the ropes of getting started and given necessary training. I have been warned of several entities not paying, not paying enough, etc.
