I have over three years experience as a real estate closing agent. My Virginia Notary Commission is current and expires April 30, 2029. I also have 2 years experience as a Realtor and over 30 years of customer service experience. Looking to start down my final career path as a Notary Signing Agent (Mobile or in office).

Experience
Filing and Data Entry. Process incoming file to include but not limited to: reviewing documents and sales contracts, entering data into software program, obtaining property tax information, and requesting title information. Coordinates with agents, lenders, and/or sellers and buyers to obtain any outstanding information. Prepares all settlement documents, including but not limited to the HUD-1 Settlement Statement. Disbursement of funds to the appropriate person/vendors. Notary Public, notarize all closing documents. Correspond with customers by email, fax, in person, U.S. Postal Service and UPS Overnight Delivery.
