RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Notarize documents and guide clients through loan signings.
- Coordinate with borrowers and loan officers.
- Ensure a smooth, accurate signing process.
CREDENTIALS/SKILLS:
- MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active Notary commission (state-specific).
- Experience preferred—training is available for motivated applicants.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, phone, and reliable transportation.
EARNINGS: $75.00-$200.00 per signing. Set your own schedule.
