I have been a notary in the state of florida since 2017 to 2021. After moving to New York, I became a notary public in the state of New York from 2021 to 2024. Thereafter, I did not renew my notary licence till January of 2026 to start my career in Mobile Loan Signing agent.
I am proficient in the following areas:

- Administering oaths/affirmations, and maintaining a notary journal,
- Positively identifying signers through personal knowledge or valid, government-issued photo ID,
- Observing the signing of documents to confirm the act is voluntary and not coerced,

Experience
A financial professional who guides clients through the home loan process, from application to closing, by analyzing financial info, recommending suitable mortgage products (Conventional, FHA, VA, HELOC, etc.), collecting documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building referral networks with realtors and partners to originate new business, acting as the primary contact for borrowers to secure funding for property purchases.
