I am an underwriter primarily, working with commercial properties. Strong attention to
detail is given to each file to clear matters when needed. Making use of a vast
knowledge of contacts with local attorneys and creditors when necessary. I rely on title
exams to prepare commitments and further produce final policies. I handle monthly
remittance reports for all final policies produced.

I interpret title exams and produce commitments and closing documents. Working with
both lenders and clients daily to ensure a smooth closing process. I use a very detail-
oriented approach to ensure nothing is missing, and that each matter is corrected when
needed promptly. Making use of Microsoft software and Qualia software daily. I am
relied on heavily for problem-solving when there is a judgment or other matter found on
the title to be cleared. These are primarily residential properties, but occasionally I do
handle commercial properties as well.

I performed all aspects of the closing process for residential properties, from producing
title exams to producing commitments, performing closings, and producing final policies.
I worked closely with both clients and lenders to ensure smooth closing processes. I
also implemented a switch from the Softpro software to Qualia during my time here and
handled the monthly remittance for all final policies.
