Responsibilities:

• Conduct loan signings, real estate closings, and legal notarizations
• Travel to client homes, offices, or public locations
• Ensure documents are executed accurately and timely
• Ship completed documents back to lenders or title companies

Requirements:

• Active Notary Commission (or willing to obtain)
• Must have access to a computer, printer, and scanner
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and time management skills

💼 We provide training, certification, E&O insurance guidance, and supply setup.

Compensation:

Earn $75.00 - $200.00 per loan signing, depending on document type and location. Work as much or as little as you like with flexible scheduling.
