For over 30 years, I dedicated my career to the child welfare field—supporting families and protecting children. That experience instilled in me a deep passion for helping others, a calling I now carry into my work in real estate.
After retiring from public service, I knew I wasn’t ready to slow down. I’ve always believed in staying active and purposeful, and real estate has become the perfect next chapter. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed attending open houses and touring homes, and that interest turned into something more when I helped my sister navigate her home-buying journey in 2023. Walking through properties and speaking with her agent sparked a strong desire to learn more and get involved myself.
This transition into real estate is not about financial necessity—it's about passion and purpose. I’m blessed to be in a position where I can focus on serving others without pressure. As a faithful tither, I know I’m already richly blessed, and I’m motivated by something far deeper than commission: the joy of helping others achieve their dreams.

Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential properties.
Conduct property showings and open houses.
Provide guidance and support throughout the transaction process, including negotiations, inspections, and closings.
Maintain current knowledge of market trends, pricing, and neighborhoods.
Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
Use MLS and other real estate platforms to list properties and research comparable listings.
Build relationships with clients, mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals.
Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate transactions.
